Hi Everyone,

Has God ever given you a Word? Whether it's the Holy Spirit, a prophetic word or a vision, a dream, scripture or even a song. God can speak to us in many ways, if He says it you can be sure that it will come to pass, but make sure that it’s God, and that it lines up with His word in the Bible.

Once He says it, according to Him, it’s done!

"But I don’t see it" you may say. Yes, but it’s there in the spirit realm, and if we can just hold on through thick and thin it will eventually come to pass in the natural realm.

Have a read of Genesis 1:30 God said… and it was!

Now lets look at Mary, the mother of Jesus.

Read Luke 1:26-56.

The angel Gabriel gives her a message from God and even though it seemed impossible, Mary receives it and so it manifested into her body. She didn’t understand how, but she just believed and received it. Reasoning has no place in our relationship with God, we are only told to trust and believe not understand (Proverbs 3:5-6).

In Luke 1:45 Mary is called blessed because she believed God’s Word, and she then begins to praise Him in song. (Luke 1:46-55).

At the cross she must have wondered if she’d heard right, maybe it all went wrong, she probably didn’t understand but just to trust Him (Psalm 37:3-7).

Same with Abraham. Read Romans 4:13-24.

Now Mary had to receive the Word into her body before it manifested. It’s the same with us; sometimes we want God’s Word to work for us without getting it into our heart, or Spirit first.

That’s revelation Knowledge and when you get that, no one can steal it from you. You know because you Know! Certainty (2 Timothy 1:12)!  And whatever happens along the way, it will be manifested if we don’t give up.

I love the trusting innocence of children, I’ve seen it with my children and grandchildren, they just believe it when we pray and so they receive it and see their prayer answered. Unfortunately, with us adults, we allow our brains to get in the way, but if we can just trust as they do we might see more prayers answered also.

Another example is Paul on his way to Rome. Yes, he was shipwrecked, but God said he was going to get to Rome so it had to happen. (Acts 27 and 28)

In Mark 4:35, Jesus said to His disciples, “Let’s go over the other side”. So even though a furious storm arose they went there. Why? Because Jesus said so.

Now notice how Mary begins to sing her praises before she saw the manifestation. That’s the time to start singing your praise to God and shouting the shout of victory! So to conclude:

  • Believe God’s Word, get revelation knowledge.
  • Receive it into your spirit by faith.
  • Praise Him for the Victory even before it manifests.
  • Don’t be discouraged by the storm or shipwreck, but stand firm till the end!

“God rejoices when we manifest faith that holds Him to His Word.”

“Real faith believes God right to the end.” (Smith Wigglesworth)

“Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.” (Hebrews 10:35-36)

If God has given you a WORD hold onto it! Through the valleys, storms, and tunnels, even when it looks like a shipwreck, don’t let the enemy steal it from you! If He said it, it would come to pass. (Ezekiel 12:25, Isaiah 55:11)
“God can be trusted to keep His promise.” (Hebrews 10:23)
